Network Operation Center

Supervision and control of AES Com's network are performed by the Network Operation Center (NOC). The center operates continuously, 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

The NOC counts on advanced and state-of-art technology and well trained operators to monitor and act proactively to detect any failure and to initiate repair.

AES Com's customers can make direct contact with operators at the number 0800-595-4000, to ask for information about their services. There is no Call Center, Audio Response Unit (ARU) or any other source of delay in the request.
