Along the years, AES Com has built its client base with telecom carriers operating in the region covered by its network (Rio de Janeiro and several neighboring cities, in Brazil). AES Com makes it possible by connecting their end customers at competitive local access costs and with an outstanding quality provided by the optical fiber network.

Today, our circuits’ infrastructure is used by virtually all fixed and mobile carriers (national and global value-added operators) and Internet service providers operating in the area. We are recognized as a neutral and trustable partner by all of them.

Amidst important projects, showing how we responded to customer needs, we can select:

·         The installation of hundreds of circuits for TIM Brasil (Telecom Italia Mobile group) to connect its switches and radio base stations and launch its mobile operation.

·         The development of Virtual Points of Presence (V-PoPs) to Embratel (Telmex group), concentrating a large amount of end user circuits in some specific neighborhoods.

·         The installation of hundreds of circuits for Vesper (now part of Telmex group) to connect its switches, stations and customers and launch its operation.

·         The installation of more than one hundred accesses, in very short notice, for Telefonica Empresas (Telefonica group) to build a data network for a large corporate end user, supporting the service level agreement and the customized operational reports contracted by the end user.

·         The deployment of a tailor-made meshed network to integrate internal voice, data, supervision and control signals for Light, the local electricity distribution company.
